sure you do. zuk still owned over 50% of fb, and it was a subpenny for initial investors. not saying this is the next fb by any means, but that is exactly what they do. he controlled more than 50% of the company himself even on IPO day.

That means he owns about 18% of the company, but controls more than 50% of the voting power.
