I'm not so sure that we don't approach the 15 million mark at ihub. We are over 8 mil here and there are guys at Cash Cow that probably account for more than a couple mil there. Plus, I am sure we are not all accounted for here either. One way or another we will know in due time. I just hope for our sakes it is sooner than later.

Couple of Comments.....

I think the board share count is pointless.....serves no value to shareholders and it changes on a daily basis. The only valuable information regarding share count I want to see is the share structure published from the company.

Obviously the stock has been either heavily shorted or diluted or both since the run to 0.055. If we give the company the benefit of doubt and they have not been diluting, then the stock has been heavily shorted.

In my opinion, the MM's saw an opportunity once demand for EQBM increased due to chart setup and news and acted on it. Heavy buying pushed the price up to 0.055 and then the run was probably limited once the MM's (UBSS?) took notice. After this ran to 0.055 it popped up on many radars which is exactly what the MM's wanted.....to set up for their real shorting opportunity on the subsequent run to 0.028.

Just prior to the run to 0.028, you have a ton of hype built into the stock now because of all the new traders who took notice on the run to 0.055. All the hype combined with the chart set up and pending news makes for a lot of momentum buildup. And, there was a ton of momentum. In 2 days, the stock ran to 0.028 on ~50 million shares.....not really much considering there are only ~35 million shares in the float. The MM's knew the demand was there from the prior run and took advantage of this.

MM's killed the momentum by shorting into the run. They know they can cover at lower prices because they have the power to drive price down low enough and long enough to drive out the daytraders/bagholders. They continue to manipulate until they have covered. The share price doesn't even need to go down, it could stay flat and eventually the impatient "investors" bail. The MM's know the game....it's the same song over and over. In my opinion, the MM's have probably already covered. Now the stock will trade just like all pinkies with no interest.......slow drift down until some major news attracts the daytraders. SOng repeats.
