Tripling the O/S issuing shares to yourselves? It's a typical stinky pinkie move.
At end of May, after the reverse split there were 330,000 shares in the O/S
A month later it rose more than 100 FOLD to 335 MILLION.
Now they issue 700 MILLION more shares to insiders.

From 330k to 1 BILLION in less than 4 months, that's over 30,000% gain in outstanding shares.

Doesn't matter that some are restricted. It's just too many to too few.

Dead money.
