RVGD deregistered from the SEC on June 27,2013. Companies deregister and go dark so that they can submit unverified info to OTC Markets.

By changing the name and ticker from Revenge Designs / RGVD to Cartel Blue Inc / CRTL it appears the principals are trying to sucker new investors, hoping they aren't aware of RVGD's toxic history.
