Yeah, I've been thinking that too.



They could (i) push the stock up by some and then (ii) convert debt to equity in some legitimate fashion.



Happens in the OTC stocks all the time.



It's like the Sr. Managers are mired in inaction. . . . . . Can't imagine why ?
