This joke of a "mine" has been promoted over and over by various scam groups over the years. With very little actual mining, and next to no gold production. Genesis is just another in a long string of scammers to use it as a story to sell shares. They won't be buying any equipment or spending anything on permitting - stuff like that cuts into their profit margin.
