No, it's not "bullshit". I really DON'T think that ALL of the Class C shareholders are as stupid as the company and the subcontractors believe.
Redeeming the stock for 20 cents a share in cash would be the best option. Yes indeed, issuing $4 MILLION worth of shares in the current price range would probably require raising the A/S and the resulting increase in O/S would send the stock to trip 0's pretty quickly. At least the Class C shareholders would get SOMETHING though. If they wait, they will get NOTHING!
The Class C shares are redeemable immediately and expire next March. The company has not even sent all the shares out yet. The company's strategy seems to be to stall and hope the Class C shareholders wait too long. That's relying on shareholder stupidity and I don't think ALL of the Class C shareholders are THAT stupid.
