Wharton, there are already top of set boxes, wireless, to get it from your computer to the screen. I'm not saying it is going to be overnight or even widely used in 2-3 years, but within 5 I bet it is. The top of set boxes are about $200 which is a lot for some people to spend. That may decrease dramatically in a short time. Look at dvd players for $37, or Walgreems selling 5" screen TVs for $14.99. Having broadband is another expense but more and more have it. I know nothing about this stuff except I've been enjoying movies for some time on my computer and may but the wireless hookup to my TV. Actually expect they will start furnishing a box with a subscription by uping the monthly subscription cost to eventually recover the box cost.

WhartonEric...If you only think one dimensionally, then one might come to the same conclusion. However, the televison is in the middle of a huge transition period, one that will eliminate the need for both PC and television. The technology is already available, just not readily available on the market. Soon, very soon, televison and computers will be synonymous. The television as we know it will evolve into the communication, entertainment, and information hub of today's household. Anything you can do on the computer is also possible on the television...

GNF needs to be in this market early!
