i realize this goes against the orthodoxy here, but i don't believe OROT ever paid anything to a creditor or to SIRG. had they done so that would have been a material event requiring an 8-K from SIRG. i think the reorg plan simply stipulated this, but the plan is not ratified - at least not yet.

let's give this time to unfold and see what happens.
