When the stock is properly supported everyone will begin to take better notice of this deal.
The stock price gives a bad first impression to many and if the same announcement of Grow Big was made and this ran to half a penny everyone would be excited about how awesome Grow Big is by itself its the fact that the quiet period combined with Five Nine stole the energy away for the time being and we don't have nearly as many eyes on this deal as we should..
I think once outreach starts so does the share price.. I'm just anxious to see the 2 acquisitions :)
