Kabir and family own all the remaining convertible
and if they really wanted this to go up
a two year restriction would work
Pete already converted his and left the building
I thought kabir had more interest in Dkgr or ...class than that
stuck at .0001 for ever I guess
The convertibles are reverse split proof
so guess just the shareholder get screwed in the long run
