add up the shares from the financing at 2.15, the Bedrocan deal and Medcann. Off the top guess is 40million shares

the cash was 10 million shares - the Bedrocan was like 34 million - that is as much as existed before the deal right there, MCA is at least another couple million shares before it is done,

and there is a lot of options that will certainly be exercised, there is at least 3 million in the money as of now if I remember correctly -

yeah, chuck didn't need to sell a thing, by now he has less than 9% of the company

value of his investment went down substantially as well, if you look at the price of stock right before they raised $20 million cash they were at $2.50 a share, should have sold then :(
