Oh yes there is, you can fake audited financials simply because ONE of the many companyes ZBS audited happened to do something illegal. THEREFORE all clients of ZBS are scams!!!

ZBS in the "audited" financials allowed INCC to write off a $1 million loss and then in the notes it states the GroPro shares had been returned.

Audited financials from Uccello supplied financial statements is pretty funny.
