Ludus and Surf - Agreed, filing date was September 15. What makes you think they did not file - that was only 2 days ago?
Also, SEC does not "delist" companies, as you are stating simply because they are late filing. There is a due process that is quite lengthy and many warnings and actions well before a company is finally delisted. NHMD is nowhere near even entering the process of delisting and saying they are on a message board may well be liabelous. At the very least, it is misleading and a lie!
