Maybe "truthful" was the wrong word to use. Maybe "accurate" would have been better. All I meant is that maybe they are being smarter by NOT giving a date until they are sure they can do it by that date. When they give a date, and have to keep postponing that date, it casts doubt on their credibility. Maybe that's why they're being so quiet about both the date and the report.
