That is up to you - however if you do write your own letter please do not include attacks on the FDIC - which is represented by the DOJ and will put the DOJ on the defensive.

SOME NEWS! - DOJ APPEALS TO SUPREME COURT - OCT 28, 2015
Hi Marty,
I just found out today that the DOJ Appealed Judge Block's Final Order.
I should have been checking the Court Docket for an Appeal however since the status of the Case was showing " closed " I didn't think there would be one.
I wonder if our letters to the DOJ - following the Final Order - had any impact/influence?
