I know. That's what gets me. We were around 48 a share when we had the original offer.

Now we hit a low of 41.61, sat yesterday at 43.57 and expect them to pay an even larger premium?

Will they? Do the want WMB that bad?

Or is Williams just going to cave in for a lower price?

Also WPZ not so happy today which we can almost assume that ETE got their way and eliminated WPZ out of the deal? If there was even a slight hint of the opposite I think WPZ would be moving up as well as WMB
