Do not buy into anything that Roni says..... First of all it is not possible for Bion to just take away over 240 million shares and hand them over to him... That is completely rediculous! But just to humor the thought and to help clarify the situation, Bion either has to give him $300,000 in cash or they have to take away and turn over 55% of the shares which are currently worth over $4,000,000....
Hmmmm, anything seem odd about that?
Oh, and according to the last financial report, Bion had a little over 1.2 million sitting in cash as of June 30, 2015 not to mention land that they have already paid for that is currently on the back burner that could be liquidated if absolutely necessary. I believe Bion will come out of this bruised but alive to continue the fight to PRODUCTION!!!
