I cannot remember who it was on the board who stated that the holdup was not with Vietnam, but with our own government. If that is the case, then it sheds a totally different light on what is happening.

I would have more faith in the Vietnam government approving this faster than our own government. The possibility still exists that Vietnam will be a done deal by the end of this month, but it is getting to the end of the wire.

Hopefully, this CC will explain a lot. I know I already have my questions ready to ask Kim.

At this point, we need a contract announcement or Vietnam to put fire under the PPS. I just hope one of these happens soon....

Or the deal with Vietnam is to be inked today/next days, so the other contracts can now be finalized by end of october, so Kim may gave a lot to talk about....
