1. Dilution is OVER or Close to being over. What can we speculate from this? TBEV sold enough shares to pay and end the toxic note plus raise more operating capital or they may retire shares!! Dilution CANNOT occur below .001.

4. Friendly financing on the way or maybe a partnership
5. Share price fighting off the bears.
6. Many people on this board control approximately 700m shares.
7. Marketing in full swing
8. Retail and distribution almost in place

Hold on to your shares. IMO we will see a .04-.08 short term run on this. And that run could start as soon as tomorrow.

CEO interview has great information. That with all filings should be all the good news any investor needs

With friends like Mr. Busch as advisor to TBEV imagine how big we can get!?

Toby has already indicated the potential to be bigger than Vitaminwater which was taken over by Coca Cola for over $4 billion. The opportunity here is incredible and I for one will be patient and share this journey where management will take us.
