I'd need some SEC filing time to see how many shares were actually transferred for each transaction, when, what was immediately convertible or restricted, and just how much cash was spent in conjunction with shares at the time these acquisitions were made - a small undertaking in and of itself

however, a post RS increase from 13-Mil. to 35-Mil. = 22-Mil. x 150 pre-RS, which is = an eye popping 3.3-Bil. increase post-RS

these are no small numbers, by any stretch of the imagination

and this a good part of the reason why there was a 'stampeded of shareholders' rushing the door to get the hell out, as it turned out to be a catostrophic decision by management to make this announcement when they did....

"The problem is not with too many pipeline candidates...the problem is with funding the pipeline....each candidate is fighting for research dollars, and everytime AMBS raises money, it further dilutes the existing owners"

I assure you, there is a strong case for severe liability, culpability and egregious negligence on the part of management, and the direction for legal counsel will not abate until it is brought to full fruition...
