SPORTYNORTY, with General Electric (GE)...

I spoke to the EGYH CEO too and got basically about the same thing too. Although I don't remember the whole conversation in its entirety, one thing for sure is that General Electric (GE) is still involved with EGYH. I specifically asked about that and he confirmed that GE is still partnered with them. He specifically said too that the Bangladesh deal that was previously announced is still active and on the table. He said that there were some delays due to some political reasons within the country, but that the deal is still alive.

I had a series of many other questions I had started asking him from my notes and research that I had gathered from info that was already publicly available. I started asking him about the $120 million deal, the $25 million in Earnings (Net Income), more about GE, etc. and more. I actually think I might have scared him with my excitement. I'm usually cooler than that (I think). He stopped me to say that anything that is positively out there publicly about the company concerning their growth was true. I'll organize some of this research/info that I gathered from public information and start posting it. Some of it might be old to some, but I'll post it anyways just in case and for those new to reading the forum.

Ca the mods sticky this pleeeeease! General Electric is no joke!

Here is what is happening:

First I can confirm that EGYH has consummated a MAJOR deal which is supposed to be announced this week or next at the latest.

Additionally, EGYH is in negotiations with GE, (yes General Electric), I was unaware of that relationship until tonight. The CEO is very guarded, so no additional details are available at this time.

CONFIRMED: No convertible notes on the books. NO dilution is planned either.

Float is 25 million, of which now 45% has been accounted for.

This has the making of a ONCE IN A LIFETIME STOCK.

I will be posting additional DD tomorrow, just need to verify one last aspect.

Yup, expecting news regarding some sort of update on "Energy Vest 1" or the independent power plant.

Energy Holdings International Inc. and Rasan Energy Holding Co. signed a joint venture (JV) agreement on Oct. 15 in Dubai, UAE, whereby Rasan will provide US$60 million equity investment funds for the acquisition of proven oil and gas properties in the US and Canada. The JV will be owned 50/50 between Energy Holdings International and Rasan Energy Holding and will be jointly owned and operated via a new holding company "Energy Vest 1."

Energy Holdings International has been active in the development of independent power plant (IPP) assets on a power purchase agreement (PPA) basis with utilities owned by local MENA governments in both solar and combined cycle power plants. Energy Holdings International utilizes GE Technology for heavy fuel oil (HFO) and gas fuel while utilizing first solar technology for solar farms whereby giving a long-term value to the Energy Holdings International shareholders.

Energy Holdings International has long had the intention of acquiring oil and gas properties in the US, and with the technological advancements that has led to the increased production; the investment risk has been reduced significantly. The shale production in the US has increased over the past few years and will continue, stated Jalal Alghani, vice chairman.
The joint venture between Energy Holdings International and Rasan is a stepping stone into the acquisition and investment in the energy market in the US and Canada with the initial targeted asset value exceeding US$120 million. Rasan has agreed to provide additional investment capital in 2015 for larger acquisitions. The JV with Rasan Energy has full support from the board of directors of Energy Holdings International.
