Without a doubt, this has nothing to do with preparing for trial, it has to do with saving the case....

The SEC now knows the Jr Attorney that was spoon fed what some call evidence was bamboozled.

I think someone from The SEC finally compared charges made in the SEC court documents to posts on social media and found that a good majority of it was just copied and pasted to the complaint.

I think the request for dismissal of the Fab 81 raised some eyebrow's at the SEC office. Though it's easier for them to deny that happened then lose in court later, they realize some of it is most likely true.

Than the bomb shell of Lee S being dismissed rattled them.

IMO adding this new attorney makes no difference. IMO after 17 years of service, if he was that good he would have moved on to private practice.
