Not only that Big Daddy, but it specifically states in a previous post he is a trial attorney. Along as respected.

I viewed the SEC document and his linkden page and found no mention of what his duties will be in the case. Except he takes the lead in HIGHLY COMPLICATED CASES, which IMO is not necessary here because of the already pile of MOUNT BULLSHIT the SEC has to use as evidence.

I'm curious how this information get's out to the select few of the general public ?

And besides that it's so obvious Treaty is a scam just by links supplied. Without even a court hearing. LMAO
