J.C. Penney (JCP) will debut a plus-sizes format with the launch of The Boutique in 12 test markets next month.

The retail chain plans to incorporate The Boutique concept into its website as well.

The increased push into plus-sizes falls in line with an accelerated pace of innovation at JCP.

I think this is delicious. Marvin Ellison is not to be brushed off, he will turn this WAY around and I can already see JCP making Kohls the next Mervyns.
