IMHO Joe's equity in the company should not come in play. I would hope that there could be an amicable solution that limits selling to small amounts to keep the lights on! I am sure he wants XXII to succeed as we all do.

I think the better question is what would happen if the Pando case DOESN'T go in favor of XXII?

Always good to consider the worst case scenario as it can only get better form there :-P.

Any ideas?
