Our problem is the same no matter how you look at it. We the shareholders are not able to keep Kathy from selling or giving these companies Jim's work without the shell of the company.
Also, Jim was already doing work with these companies, so they already have the tech. 2009 AFTC sold a full fuel system to Ford. Also, Oberon and AFTC both admitted they were working together on something, but never said what.
I feel they already have what they needed from Jim. They do not need anything from AFTC or its shell...
