You are confusing Street Junkies expertise with sophisticated labs and high tech diagnostics. The FDA is aware of what high tech labs can do and so are $ELTP R&D professionals.

Imposing an electric charge concept thru an aqueous media thru a water retardant polymer without destroying the agonist by a "Street Junkie" is well...simply wild speculation.

More Cost Effective for Street junkies to abuse ARFs and following that, peddle Cocaine.

This is beyond ridiculous. You are going to dissolve them in acid, then measure the charge of each tiny half dissolved bead and then do what again?

I would take a johnson rod and defibulator and put it in a flux capacitor with each bead and spin it at 33 and one third RPMs...But thats just me.
