Again, Billy Ray had another sanerio ! Pretty hit the nail on the head... Since the perfeared shares were converted into common shares at time of R/M they can convert them back to perfed shares. That makes alot more senes because there's no R/S and that works for up listing requirements for NASDQ or any major exchange. It will also be used incase of hostlie take overs. Kinda amo in the bank for sake!
