Here is the deal. Bob is working the final grand scheme (scam?) to sell the company to one or more Board members just prior to bankruptcy. The value, $20 million+ tax loss carry forward. All they have to do is merge into one of their deals that is making money or staying alive, pretend they are trying to keep MMRF products going and then take write-off personally - (if they buy assets as LLC or sub-s they make killing)

One major stockholder not interested in the smell of this so not as smooth as they would like but they are getting very close to pulling it off.

Think about Tapco, the ones he TRIED to use in USA are invalid, and owes money to lawfirms as I see it.
If its overseas....haha, who would pay to license those patents? Foreign countries? USA folks did not pay for the box, and either is foreign countries...

Get it from Drugstore.com all you folks overseas....They were never even patents in my mind using computers to pass data....Thats NOT Novel, and everyone knew it...

Haven't those proven to have little to no value? Why would anyone pay $1 M for them, let alone the price you stated. Makes no sense.
