that is the rumor I have been hearing among past and present shareholders. All I know is that this WTWO/XFUL wins the award for the biggest scamjob in the OTC in quite sometime. The C.E.O. has done ZERO to try and help the P.P.S. on the market. How bout getting on radio, social media and some PR's out. Im not even sure you can contact these bozo's!
