Lamensky is the accounting guy. Lindberg is big picture strategic stuff like M&A. Also, Craig is probably security in case something happened to SS. (No one wants to own a company that goes under because the founder got hit by a Dr. Pepper truck and there was no back-up.)
Beats-me...could be more about Carlsons' experience in 'marketing' , than in his experience with 'financing'...I had heard they would eventually bring in a marketing 'heavy' when things started to scale-up. Carlson appears to have other talents as well , incl being licensed by the SEC. I reckon Steve has his reasons , which I'm not in a position to 2nd-guess.
