I dont buy warrants.

And most of us on this board arent shorting this stock... if one is long and holding out for FDA approval and a possible MA then buying now makes sense. People buy when they can afford to buy. No one wants to wake up one morning and see that the stock price has popped and theyve missed the opportunity to buy at these levels. At some point, these levels will be only a memory. Do I wish I would've waited to purchase when I started buying in 2 years ago? YES! But hindsight is always 20/20. Im comfortable with where the company is now and will be in the coming months. And I am saying that as someone who is sitting in the red

Since everyone knows there will be dilution coming one would think this is already baked into the price.

It sure didn't go down after last 2 offerings. In fact it went from 0.50(Nov 2013)to 2.50(July 2014). May be risky to try and time or predict any cheaper buy-in price.
