Not incorrect as there is no qualifier on the otcmarkets web site that states "calendar days" it states 90 days from year end to maintain current reporting status only.

In fact there is no requirement on the otcmarkets web site to even file a financial report. The web site is not an official gov't entity.

That's the facts!!!
