Yep that's the great thing about the market PPS has little to do with value of company rather than what you can get people to think it's worth. I live in Reno and it's not just the market going nuts over the factory. Investors are buying forclosed and empty house's as fast as they can, builders are racing to get 40,000 new homes up and for sale, houses are skyrocketing in price, people are opening tons of restaurants and other businesses all because Tesla is building a factory 20 miles away. I can't wait until they realise it doesn't take 100,000 six figure income engineers to run a factory. I will buy houses at $40,000. Thanks to Elon's halo.
