I gave them a call and got a voicemail. I'll try again later today. I'd write an email, but I can tell much more if someone is being honest or not through a phone call.

Sent them a lengthy email. I'll let everyone know if I get a response. I'll also try calling again - but it seems like they don't answer phones there.
