Exactly right!

!!!BUYERS BEWARE!!!
!!!DON'T BELIEVE THE HYPE!!!

The VP of Sales & Marketing, Trent Thompson Daniel, has been to prison for credit card abuse and forgery of financial instruments. Beware of the hype. I achieved the highest pay position in the company in just 30 days and have yet to be paid. We are approaching two months without receiving commission checks. The company routinely issues bounced checks to its representatives as well.

The company is in debt everywhere they go. Most recent they have an outstanding debt with a local Marriott Hotel for failing to pay their room hosting rental fees.

Trent T. Daniel is behind in the yearly LLC and/or Incorporation fees for several companies listed in the State of Delaware. This means that many of the businesses he's running do have state authority to do business.

Trent T. Daniel has been sued several times for failing to pay business related expenses totaling well over $550k and dating back to 2000 in Harris County Texas (It's all public information people). Beware, Beware, Beware.

The scam artist Trent Daniel and Joanne who run this company have a criminal history and prison time. They are trying now to continue the scam...

On his latest evasion...

Sheriff has attempted to serve him eight (8) times. Reference Harris County Civil Case # 201129542-7.

The last attempt the server was met at the door by Trent's wife at around 3:50pm stating that Trent was "sick and had just taken some medication and is now asleep". She indicated for the server to show up the next morning before 10:00am and she would ensure that he was there to receive the papers. The server returned the next morning at 9:45am to an empty house.....guess those meds must have really done their job!

OWOO only had $833 in sales last quarter.
Cost of sales was $836.
Total operating expenses $459,031
Net loss $8,005,367
Accumulated deficit $35,794,088
Total liabilities $24,965,605

These numbers are horrible!!! The order from walmart was $830,000. How much do you think OWOO will make on that deal? According to previous numbers, probably not much, if any. And even if they did make some money, walmart will only pay OWOO months from now. So OWOO needs money to pay the bills so they can survive until they get paid millions for their product and get rid of their debt. Which will NEVER happen!!! So the only way this company can make money, is by selling shares.

!!!Don't get stuck in this dead spiral!!!
READ THE FINANCIALS!!!

Cost of Sales

Our cost of sales includes the cost to manufacture our dolls, inbound shipping costs to the United States and handling, fulfillment and outbound shipping costs incurred by our warehouse and fulfillment center. Low levels of sales or promotional pricing of our dolls can result in these costs exceeding our sales in any particular period. Cost of sales for the three months ended June 30, 2015 and 2014 were $836 and $17,863, respectively, and $1,904 and $20,873 for the six months ended June 30, 2015 and 2014, respectively. Because of the lower levels of sales in the current year, we reported a gross deficit on sales for the three months and six months ended June 30, 2015.

$OWOO (Jan 2014 - Sept 2015) Dilution History.
Only trading days are included, weekends are excluded.

1,042,753 shares diluted a day

9/5/2015 OS 385,903,982

Between 4/13/2015 and 7/13/2015 OWOO experienced a toxic amount of

dilution.

Between 7/13/2015 and 8/14/2015 Dilution seemed to slow in a sustainable

manner.

Between 8/14/2015 and 9/5/2015 (last 15 trading days) we have seen a share increase of +18,769,559 or 1,042,753 shares diluted per trading day

These are all estimates using OWOO filings, holidays are excluded from

all calculations, so the share increase would be minimally increased per

trading day.
