well if that is the case, I hope the CRA is working closely with Health Canada's Office of Medical Cannabis and the RCMP

maybe the CRA doesn't allow them to deduct the cost of obtaining their product - if they do the people who sell cannabis to them would need to register the sale as earnings - if these businesses are filing all their taxes and sending the CRA checks

I guess it is possible that the MMAR growers and dispensaries all account for their production and sales properly and in accordance with gaap, but I highly doubt it

there is a lot of economic activity happening here, unregulated and against the wishes of society as a whole represented by government. But they are working on it, want to be an efficient, cost effective take down.
