Agreed, most fail in phase 2b.

Most fail because they do not meet the criteria set by the trial for working (efficacy). Also the 45 million will be gone long before the end of 2016.

PS: downtrendbuyer, yes more fail in Pi and PII. a large % fails in PII. Do a quick search.
