Old news is we have ca 238M O/S, 45M cash, 20.8M B warrants.

Fact is since that number 238M going into light there has not been increase in volume unlike there was between 183M-->238M. That won't support being much more warrants left, but it will support naked shorting and illegal stock manipulation.
