i will withhold decision until mid oct... if mgmt needs #3 passed, they have some splaining to do... tell me why you need this? is the flexibility related to funding CJ for seven more years? tell me what the game plan is cause right now it's a little fuzzy...

right now the iron is hot and deals are to be done... show us you can do something that creates value with what you have..

can i see a menu? what else do you have besides the "retain U.S. rights"? what else is available and what is the dif in price?

i want to see share price reflect value now... not 2 years from now...
