Like yourself I'm in Blozf.

The information I was able to gather is, Torino Ventures etered into an amalgamated agreement with a Canadian company Smart Autonomous Solutions (SAS). Together they are developing a technology involving power transmission lines. The restructuring resulted in a 5:1 reverse split meaning 50,000 spinco is now 10,000. The spinco shares still do not show any monitary value.
