Thanks for the update.

I have done some DD on the CEO. Some time back he did his magic with a medical company. So, I have faith in his experience and creds. I know this ain't his first rodeo.

That being said, I see IFCR as a NASDAQ or AMEX stock in the future. How long that will take is anyone's guess. But it looks to me that the CEO is adding assets for that in mind. And, if that is the intent, the current share structure just does not fit in that picture.

Look, we all know this is undervalued at this point in time. The CEO has said as much. And truth be told, it will remain undervalued until some serious investors take notice. And that will never happen in this segment of the market or at the current SP.

Think about market cap here. If the stock were to go to .10, the market cap would be $71 million. Serious investors do not buy .10 stocks. And with the current O/S as shown at OTC Markets, a $1 a share sp would put the market cap at $710 million, which is way beyond what this company is worth, but a SP where you find investors a bit more serious. And you really don't get serious money investors until the $3 - $5 range.

So, in order to have a practical market cap valuation and some attention from serious investors, there is no alternative but to have a share structure compatible to a reasonable market cap and a quality market exchange. In my opinion, a reverse split is inevitable. And I don't think Mr. Fuselier wants to languish on the Pink Sheets or even the OTC for very long. He wants his shares to have some meaningful value and that is not going to happen down here with us penny players.

Time will tell. And again, just my own personal opinions after over 30 years of playing the penny's.

That's an interesting comment about a merger...

Was that a random statement to use as an example of why a R/S would happen or is there something more to this than you first think...

Hmmmmm...
