I have been in PPHM for almost twenty years, we the shareholders have and always will be irrelevant .
They will get the shares and CJ will continue to be here to the detriment of all.

If we believe the SEC filing that the 175m shares will be used for salaries, bonuses and more trials during the next year, then it is absolutely impossible to avoid a sp under $1 and a reverse split. Again, this is based upon first look in mid 2016 as the company has indicated. Why this is ok, I don't understand (at this point).
