i find it telling when *rounds* get activated .. in relation to other aspects

nice observation ..

i CANT forget *utilization* of that 200k on 5.26.15 .. @ 0637 for the *round* UP (approx 095)
only to be *orchestrated* for the next round down .. with the rather interesting and visible
pattern change out approx 3 weeks ago .. that makes 6 years of *oddities* .. look normal .. on PTOI ..

will post out tapes for yesterday and tomorrow .. this weekend .. have a feeling a few more lightbulbs go on :)
