Get some one to interpret this. It is a fairly simple document. " IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that DEFENDANTS PRETRIAL motion to DISMISS is GRANTED in part inasmuch as the COURT concludes that PLAINTIFFS COMPLAINt fails to meet the pleading requirements and DENIED in PARTS, as to DEFENDENTS REQUEST for dismissal with prejudice of PLAINTIFFS CLAIMS. PLAINTIFF may file an amended complaint within 21 days from entry of this order, otherwise the aforementioned claims against DEFENDANTS will be dismissed.
