I love the black and white explanation. You are completely right. However, in my humble opinion, there is a better than 80% chance Abbott will give the thumbs up!!! If the license deal that Abbott signed won't be considered third party validation by this board, (even though,(and this wasn't advertised) Abbott sent 3 separate blind studies for prostate and lung detection, with each resulting in more impressive results than the next. From 80 / 80 something sensitivity / specificity to 90 / 90 something.) Then, it WILL be perceived by the majority of rational investors as such, after Abbotts thumbs up, stated publically!!!
