I agree with your strategy. I'm suggesting long term this is very compelling here but would not suggest further downside is not possible. Foreign currencies and declining demand for services is still weighing on quarterlies and will likely until 2016. Averaging in a position has always been the best strategy in my opinion to capture whichever way the market goes in the interim.
