Yep, I admit I thought the shares were going to be reserved last time and used for endorsements otherwise, which would be restricted for sone time. The financials show they really need money and there's no way they are uplisting at 11 cents post split. Even Avanzar, who they bought with all the dilution, has negative cash flow.
