Heres the textbook source that NNVC has not even completed "Phase 1" of the tox study. They havent even started testing on large animals to complete exposure testing.

I still say the testing on mice/rats is all meaningless and will have to be redone with GMP(like) materials for an FDA eligible tox study.

So the three phases are: exposure, toxicokinetics, and toxicodynamics.

One would have no idea if a drug is toxic until all there studies are done.
